Split your budget across units
This calculator splits the annual budget across your units. You get the maintenance per unit for the period (month, quarter, year) for each owner.
Pick the billing frequency
Pick how often you bill maintenance: monthly, quarterly, or yearly. The calculator shows both amounts (per period and per year).
List your expense lines
Add each line of your budget: insurance, upkeep, utilities, gardening. One line per item, annual amount.
Set aside for major works
A sinking fund is best practice for societies with more than 10 units. A minimum of 5% of the planned budget is a sound floor (recommended: 8–15%).
